1. Order Processing and Availability

  • Orders are subject to product availability.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order due to stock shortages, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Confirmed orders will be acknowledged via email with the order details.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method.

  • Customers must have the exact amount in USD ready at the time of delivery.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is collected by the delivery partner.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • COD orders may only be returned or exchanged under specific circumstances, such as damaged or defective items.

  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@faceless-movement.com.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and shipping information.

  • Have the exact amount ready for COD payments.

  • Inspect the package at delivery and notify the delivery partner of any visible issues before accepting it.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Faceless Movement is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by carriers.

  • Maximum liability for any order issue is limited to the total price paid for that order.

8. Security and Fraud Prevention

  • We take measures to protect customer information, but no system is completely secure.

  • Fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation.

9. Modifications

  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
